Virginia One is a competitive, family oriented, girls lacrosse club based out of Fairfax, Virginia. Our coteries of teams strive to be the best in representing themselves, their team and their club. Founded on the principles of elevating dedicated lacrosse athletes and helping them become impact players at the next level, Virginia One provides a competitive outlet to further develop their fundamentals through the expert coaching provided by our accomplished staff that have played the game collegiately. While winning at the club level may be paramount to some, we will instill a more important value of self-confidence and commitment  in your daughter for success when it matters most.
